Welcome to the HG Race Connection

Welcome to the HG Race Connection.  HGRC was formed by my friend Matt Hurley and myself, Jordan Gallaher, when we were racing dirt drags in southeast Kentucky.  Hurley rode a KFX400 Kawaski atv and I rode a couple of different dirtbikes.  I should have pics on the pics page. 

One of my big hobbies is working on dirtbikes so I would like to use this site to locate older, nonrunning dirtbikes or very cheap dirtbikes in rough shape.  I prefer two stroke bikes but I would also be interested in four stroke bikes since they will be the future of the sport.

I enjoy watching and riding motocross.  I used to race at Daniel Boone Motocross Park in London, KY.  I've also raced at Muddy Creek in Tennesse, Podium One, and many other tracks.  I stopped racing in 2001 and now I mainly ride at a practice track my dad built for me just for fun.  I've also raced dirt drags in Southeast KY mainly at D&K Dirt Drag in Goose Rock, KY.  I'll give more info on these tracks on another page.

I went to the Atlanta Supercross and had a great time. Ricky and Chad put on a great show with RC taking the win. In the Lites class Josh Grant took the win while Team Honda's Davi Millsaps ended up in second place. I had a really good trip and seeing a race in person is much better than seeing it on TV. This year we will be going to Indy.
